I was very pleased with my visit to North Dallas Endodontics this week. Everyone was gracious and kind. I appreciate that Dr. Navid kept me informed about what he was doing in my mouth. The practice is “in network”, so my insurance covered most of the fee, another plus! Overall, a very positive experience! I would not hesitate to return. It helps to know that there is a bank on the first floor. You must walk past it and take the elevator to the 10th floor. I had no idea, and the building directory is not obvious.

I had a great experience with Dr. Navid at North Dallas Endodontics. I was in a tremendous amount of pain from an infected tooth, and they were able to get me in quickly. Dr. Navid did an excellent job explaining what was going on and taking care of the problem, and the relief afterward was incredible. He even personally followed up afterward to see how I was doing. Professional, compassionate, and genuinely cares about his patients. I would highly recommend Dr. Navid and North Dallas Endodontics!

It’s hard to believe a root canal could be a positive experience but this one was! Dr. Navid and his assistant were so kind and caring, talking me through the entire procedure. It was relatively complex, involving a severe infection and three nerves in a large molar, but I was in the chair only an hour and left pain free. If you are in need of a root canal or other endodontic work, I highly recommend North Dallas Endodontics and Dr. Navid.

As far as having a root canal, I could not have asked for a better experience. The doctor was very professional and obviously very experienced. He guided me through the whole process letting me know what he is doing and what to expect with each phase of the procedure. They were very good about checking on me to make sure I remain comfortable through out. I did not have any pain during and after the procedure. I cannot recommend this office enough.

Dr. Navid and Khalighinejad and team were excellent. Great customer service and efficiency. I had a root canal (my second) and was in and out in half the time it took at my last endontist with half the discomfort. Dr. Navid did an outstanding job of helping me understand my diagnosis and treatment. I highly recommend this group.
